A majority of our candidates come to us through recommendations, we have devised an incentive program where you can benefit from introducing our services to your friends and colleagues. Our referral program encourages non-Rochester Global employees to introduce talented friends to career opportunities at Rochester Global. If you refer a person who is then hired and remains in the job for at least 90 days, you may receive a referral bonus up to $500.
What is the candidate referral award and what types of jobs are eligible for this reward program?
External referrals are classified as coming from a part-time employee, contractor, intern, customer, outside developer, business partner or just a generous contributor to our talent cause.
You must be the first person to refer the candidate from any source, by submitting their email and resume according to our referral instructions below.
If the candidate is hired after six months from your initial submission, no bonus will be paid.
We currently offer the following incentives:
$100 for non-engineering positions
$500 for engineering positions

Use the form on the right side of this page to enter the details of your referrals and do not forget to enter your details. Upload their resume and one of our recruiting team members will connect with the candidate if they have a matching career opportunity.

When am I eligible to receive the referral bonus?
Individuals will be paid 50% on the candidate’s hire date and 50% after the candidate’s 90 days after on the job.
